Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates mobile health clinic projects from concept through launch.
  • Facilitates communication between BUILD, university departments, healthcare providers, and community partners.
  • Coordinates agreements and collaborations with clinics, hospitals, and community organizations.
  • Tracks timelines, deliverables, and milestones to support project execution.
  • Supports procurement, installation, and readiness for mobile clinic containers.
  • Ensures alignment with university, state, and federal guidelines.
  • Supports transition of projects into operational status and ongoing activities.
  • Manages outreach to increase awareness and utilization of mobile clinics in rural communities.
  • Develops relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
  • Represents the program at events across Texas.
  • Contributes to presentations and outreach materials.
  • Collaborates with students, faculty, and staff involved in BUILD initiatives.
  • Serves as point of contact for assigned mobile clinic sites after launch.
  • Tracks project expenses and maintains budget records.
  • Monitors budgets and flags variances.
  • Prepares basic financial reports for leadership.
  • Tracks expenditures for events, travel, outreach.
  • Coordinates payments and travel-related expenses with Business Affairs.
  • Ensures proper documentation and timely processing of transactions.
  • Maintains records of project activities and partnerships.
  • Prepares reports and summaries of program outcomes.
  • Updates program databases and contact lists.
  • Documents processes and milestones for mobile clinic projects.
  • Ensures accuracy and organization of program information.
  • Coordinates ongoing activities for mobile clinic sites after launch.
  • Coordinates scheduling of clinical rotations with providers, students, and partners.
  • Communicates scheduling needs with stakeholders.
  • Monitors operational needs and escalates issues.
  • Coordinates student involvement and volunteer engagement.
  • Manages events such as ribbon cuttings, open houses, and health fairs.
  • Plans for launches and outreach events including travel and on-site support.
  • Manages conferences.
