Job summary

Texas A&M University Health Science Center, Rural Medicine, is seeking a Program Manager to coordinate planning, development, and implementation of mobile health clinic initiatives in partnership with the BUILD program and other stakeholders.

You will manage site launches from outreach to opening events, ensure clinics are operational, and serve as the primary coordinator for ongoing activities, including communications and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, health administration, communications, business, or a related field.
• Five years of related experience in program management, outreach, event planning, or administration.
• Experience with outreach, stakeholder engagement, or community programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mobile clinic projects from concept through launch.
• Facilitate partnerships with BUILD, university departments, and external partners.
• Track timelines, milestones, and budgets for mobile clinic initiatives.
• Support procurement, installation, and readiness of mobile clinic containers.
• Represent the program at community events and in outreach activities.
