• Experience with work systems and processes affecting workflow, production, and quality.
• Ability to apply budget and fiscal methods to manage resources.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication with internal/external customers.
• Familiarity with regulatory guidance including IRM, CFR, SERP.

Responsibilities

• Apply management techniques to assure optimum utilization of personnel, equipment, and space.
• Utilize compliance programs and staff hour planning methods for workload management.
• Identify cause for error trends and performance gaps via quality reports and root-cause analysis.
• Identify risks, evaluate workflows, and implement procedural or training improvements.
• Utilize work systems (IDRS, AMS, SERP, etc.) and processes affecting workflow and quality; manage inventory and resources.
• Apply budgeting and fiscal methods to maintain financial resources.
• Maintain proficiency in written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.
