Responsibilities

Address error trends and performance gaps, including reviewing quality reports and conducting root cause analysis.
Identify risks, evaluate workflows, and implement procedural or training improvements (CPE, needs-based training).
Provide feedback on employee writing and performance and give clear instruction to audiences at all levels (frontline staff, managers, executives).
Oversee planning, development and oversight of personnel including disciplinary processes using IRM, CFR, SERP or other official guidance.
