Job summary

Strategies to Empower People Inc. seeks a Program Manager I to coordinate our supported living services for I/DD adults in the Sacramento region.

You will supervise field staff, oversee documentation, and lead on-site assessments while developing plans to support clients and their goals. You will implement crisis intervention plans, manage budgets and supervise a team of staff to ensure health and safety for clients and employees.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 3 years working with individuals with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities (I/DD).
• At least 2 years of supervisory and budgetary/finance experience is required.
• Understanding of Supported Living Services (SLS) and the Medi-Cal system is essential.
• Ability to use standard electronics, computer and database systems; willingness to learn company platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate Supported Living Services for I/DD adults in the Sacramento area.
• Supervise field supervisors and staff providing one-on-one support.
• Handle documentation, reports and on-site assessments for new and current clients.
• Develop and implement plans, goals and celebrations for the people we support.
• Ensure health and safety of clients and staff, manage crisis intervention plans as needed.
