Job summary

Strategies to Empower People is seeking a Program Manager I for Supported Living Services in Sacramento to coordinate and implement community-based programs for adults with I/DD facing complex medical challenges.

You will supervise field staff, conduct assessments, and develop and implement plans ensuring client progress, health, and safety while aligning with Medi-Cal and agency policies. The role involves on-call duties and weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years working with individuals with I/DD.
• Two years supervisory and budgetary/finance experience.
• Experience with Supported Living Services and Medi-Cal is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement community-based Supported Living Services.
• Supervise field staff and conduct on-site assessments for clients.
• Develop and implement plans, goals, and celebrations for clients.
• Maintain health and safety standards for clients and staff.
• Implement crisis intervention plans and therapeutic treatment plans.
