Strategies to Empower People is seeking a full-time Program Manager for Supported Living Services in the Roseville area. You will coordinate and implement community-based services for adults with I/DD, supervising field staff and conducting on-site assessments.

The role requires strong supervisory and budget experience, fluency with Medi-Cal/SLS requirements, and solid computer skills. It offers a salary with on-call expectations and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience supervising individuals and programs for the I/DD population.
• At least 2 years supervisory and budgetary/finance experience; supervision of staff, not individuals with disabilities.
• Experience with Supported Living Services (SLS) and Medi‑Cal is essential.
• Aptitude with computers and database systems; ability to communicate professionally in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement our community-based Supported Living Services program in Yuba/Sutter/Placer counties.
• Oversee field staff and supervise on-site assessments and client support activities.
• Develop and implement plans, goals, and celebrations for the people we serve.
• Ensure health, safety and success of clients and staff; manage documentation and reporting.
