Job summary

United Cerebral Palsy of San Joaquin, Calaveras & Amador Counties seeks a program administrator to manage the Supported Employment Program under the CEO's supervision. The role requires overseeing daily operations, staffing, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with funding and CARF standards.

Candidates should have a relevant degree and progressive supervisory experience in human services, with strong communication and leadership skills to work with diverse stakeholders and coordinate program

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: AA Degree (60 units) of social work, counseling, therapeutic recreation, adapted physical/special education or related human service field with at least two years of experience in a day or residential program serving persons with disabilities.
• Masters degree qualifies; 4-5 years of progressively responsible supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily program operations and planning.
• May oversee transportation for the program or agency.
• Maintain relations with funding, licensing and accreditation bodies.
• Seek resources and implement opportunities for program growth.
• Ensure CARF standards knowledge and certify compliance.
• Maintain timely communication with the CEO.
