Job summary

Spread Your Wings LLC in Santa Rosa, CA seeks a Program Manager for the Adult Day Program. This full-time role runs 9am–4pm, Monday–Friday and includes supervising direct care staff and coordinating daily operations.

Responsibilities include tracking client progress, writing progress notes, conducting monthly team meetings, and ensuring goals are implemented per ISP. Experience in supervising staff is required; degree not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in supervising and managing staff.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and assist individuals with disabilities in evacuations/drills.
• Experience supervising direct care staff and conducting performance reviews.

• Create a data sheet for the client’s goals.
• Track progress of all clients enrolled in services.
• Check fidelity of implementation and data accuracy.
• Write daily progress notes and summaries of all clients.

• Provide ongoing supervision and support to the direct care staff.

The Program Manager provides ongoing support to the direct care staff and other team members, which includes continuous teaching and providing feedback to the team regarding their skills implementation and overall performance. The Program Manager is also responsible for monitoring the progress of Individuals receiving services, writing progress on goals, conducting monthly clinical team meetings, and assisting in conducting assessments. The Program Manager will oversee the scheduling of staff, meetings, and other ongoing daily operations, and conducting performance reviews for the direct care staff.

Essential Job Duties:

• Supervise and train direct care staff on implementation of the client’s goals
