Career Team in Merced, CA is seeking a Program Supervisor to provide operational leadership for the Merced program, ensuring strong day-to-day performance, service delivery, and compliance with contractual requirements. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in workforce development, case management, or related field.
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Knowledge of WIOA program requirements, documentation, and compliance preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to exercise judgment, problem-solve, and make program-level decisions.
• Proficiency with case management and workforce systems and standard software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day program activities and ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor program performance, identify trends and gaps, adjust service delivery to meet goals.
• Track deliverables and reporting, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Review and approve staff timesheets by deadlines and policies.
• Conduct weekly staff check-ins to provide support and maintain program health.
• Coordinate participant service packets and monitor spend-down for timely use of funds.
• Serve as primary contact for Merced program in Regional Director's absence.
• Support staff coaching, case management practices, and file quality.
• Maintain proactive communication with Regional Director on performance and risks.
• Ensure documentation, notes, and reports are accurate and properly stored.
