Qualifications

• Associate’s degree plus 5–7 years relevant experience, or Bachelor’s degree plus 3–5 years.
• Experience organizing, planning, and executing programming in higher education.
• Experience managing collaborations and projects across organizations.
• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to building inclusive collaborations and programs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and be a team player.
• Advanced degree, higher education experience, and data analysis skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support development of strategy, goals, and content focused on Student Success initiatives.
• Support development of Tufts school partnerships and programs.
• Provide direct support on projects like JUMP-IN and Impact Coaches with schools.
• Document processes, best practices, and evaluation records.
• Manage program marketing and communication to students via multiple channels.
• Attend events, meetings, and trainings and contribute to ongoing improvements.
