Qualifications

• Associate's degree with 5-7 years of relevant experience or Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in organizing, planning, and executing programming in higher education or related field.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to inclusive collaborations and programs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Support development of strategy, goals, and content focused on Student Success initiatives across the Tufts schools.
• Support the team in developing new and existing Tufts school partnerships.
• Provide direct support on emerging and existing projects with Tufts schools including JUMP-IN and Impact Coaches programs.
• Document processes and best practices for record-keeping, reflection, and evaluation.
• Manage program marketing and communication needs and advertise opportunities to students through various channels.
• Attend Student Success programming and relevant meetings, committees, workshops, and trainings, including evenings and weekends as needed.
