Job summary

The University of Toledo is seeking a COMLS Financial Operations Administrator 1 to oversee fiscal operations, compliance, and employment needs for the Department Org: Dept. of Cell and Cancer Biology -107500.

You will work directly with the chair to shape the department's administrative mission and ensure optimal support for the college's academic and research activities. As a vital part of the team, you will manage budget processes, ensure compliant practices, and help develop business plans

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or accounting preferred.
• Master’s degree in business administration, management or accounting preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in related administrative management position(s) is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage fiscal operations and compliance for the assigned department(s).
• Collaborate with the chair to establish department business and administrative goals.
• Support department and College of Medicine programs and strategic plans.
