Job summary

State of Wyoming seeks a Program Manager to provide operational oversight for the Child Support Program (CSP). You will supervise three CSP State Office employees and work with the CSP State Office and field staff to ensure goals are met.

The role emphasizes policy development, contract oversight, reporting, and coordination with partners to deliver services, with opportunities for leadership and impacting Wyoming families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management or closely related field.
• 1-2 years of progressive work experience in Benefits and Eligibility at analyst level.
• Alternative: 4-6 years of progressive experience at analyst level.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight for the CSP and supervise three state office employees.
• Develop policy, state plans, rules, and regulations based on federal and state laws.
• Review and interpret regulations, apply to contractors and field staff.
• Write and interpret policy, ensure program compliance to avoid penalties.
• Oversee CSP contracts and coordinate with partners to identify issues.
• Coordinate policy manuals and prepare monthly/yearly reports.
• Train CSP employees and contractors; implement best practices.
• Budget/resource planning and analysis; ensure service delivery aligns with needs.
• Provide assistance to customers and coordinate services with partners.
