Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor degree in social work, criminal justice, business administration, or related field is required or HS diploma plus 2 years of related experience.
• Must understand child support laws and procedures; handle sensitive family situations with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of child support cases and monitor payments.
• Assist in establishment of child support orders and prepare legal documents for court submission.
• Enforce child support orders including income withholding and inter-state coordination.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and case updates; respond to inquiries from stakeholders.
