Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field, or three years of progressively responsible experience with one year supervisory experience.
• Any equivalent combination of training and experience providing required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Valid State Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, coordinates, and monitors day-to-day Center of Hope program operations; develops, implements, and evaluates services; supervises staff; ensures compliance with policies and regulations.
• Carries up to 4 caseloads when needed.
• Develops, implements, and evaluates program services based on client needs; stabilizes individuals and families; conducts assessments.
• Coordinates and communicates SOPs to ensure uniformity across the program.
• Builds relationships with community agencies for referrals and resources; facilitates monthly meetings with partner agencies.
