Job summary

NYU Langone Health's NYU Grossman School of Medicine invites applications for a Program Manager at the New York Simulation Center for the Health Sciences (NYSIM). The role oversees SP programs, staffing, logistics, and coordination to support high-quality simulation education in partnership with CUNY.

You will manage daily operations, HR functions, data reporting, budgets, and special events, collaborating with faculty, coordinators, and external partners to advance strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, healthcare administration or related field.
• Minimum of three years of progressively responsible related experience including program/project coordination.
• Effective oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interface with all levels of management and work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience working independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the SP program, including daily operations and program activities.
• Supervise and develop SP staff; oversee recruitment, hiring, and training.
• Manage HR functions: timekeeping, payroll, performance reviews, compliance.
• Support program setup, operations and breakdown as needed.
• Implement and maintain office policies; identify operational efficiencies.
• Collaborate with NYSIM leadership and stakeholders to run SP activities.
• Maintain department records and program data in systems like OneDrive, Qualtrics, RedCap.
• Assist with program finances: expenditures, invoices, purchasing equipment.
