Job summary

NYU Grossman School of Medicine, part of NYU Langone Health, seeks a Program Manager to oversee standardized participant programs at NYSIM. You will manage daily SP operations, coordinate staffing, logistics, and technical support, and work with NYSIM leadership to align with strategic goals.

Responsibilities include recruiting and training SPs, handling HR processes, maintaining program data, and supporting events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, health care administration or related field.
• Minimum of three years of progressively responsible program/project coordination experience.
• Effective oral, written, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interface with all levels of management and internal/external stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the SP program, including daily operations and project activities.
• Supervise and develop full-time staff and per diem SPs; oversee recruitment, hiring, and training.
• Manage HR functions: timekeeping, payroll, performance reviews, compliance.
• Support program setup, operations, and breakdown as needed.
• Develop and enforce office policies; drive operational efficiencies.
• Collaborate with NYSIM leadership and internal/external stakeholders to run SP simulations.
• Maintain departmental data and databases (OneDrive, shared drives, LMS, Qualtrics, etc.).
• Assist with program finances: monitoring expenditures, invoicing, and purchasing.
• Collect, analyze, and report data to support planning and evaluation.
• Participate in events, committees, and workgroups; pursue ongoing professional development.
