Dungarvin inc is seeking a Program Manager to oversee daily operations of the services and to coordinate orientation and ongoing staff training. The role requires ensuring all program aspects are developed, implemented, coordinated, and monitored to the highest degree, with direct access to the director and supervisors.

Qualifications

• 2 years of lead experience in the human services field.
• Must qualify as a Designated Coordinator.
• Must have basic computer skills, good decision-making skills, time management and communication skills and be responsible, mature and flexible.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Current auto liability insurance with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the daily operations of overall services.
• Ensure orientation and ongoing staff training.
• Develop, implement, coordinate and monitor program aspects to the highest degree.
• Maintain direct communication with the director and supervisors.
