About The Role - Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage multiple programs and projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring all milestones are met and deliverables are of high quality.
2. Oversee the development and implementation of programs that support organizational objectives.
3. Organize daily activities based on the goals of the organization.
4. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from executives to team members, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the program lifecycle.
5. Identify, manage, and mitigate risks associated with program delivery, developing contingency plans as needed.
6. Oversee resource allocation and work with team leads to ensure programs are staffed appropriately and resources are used efficiently.
7. Identify opportunities for process improvements within program management and implement best practices for managing projects and programs.
8. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for program success, and provide regular updates to senior leadership regarding progress and outcomes.
9. Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring projects stay within allocated financial resources.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
2. 5+ years of experience in program or project management, with a proven track record of managing large, complex programs.
3. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or other relevant certifications preferred.
4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
6. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions.
7. Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
