About the Role:

Title: Data Program Manager

Basic Qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Engineering, Linguistics, Computer Science, Business or equivalent with 5+ years experience in Program Management Or A Bachelor's with 7 or more years as a PM/TPM
• Three or more years of experience in requirements management (prioritization, tracking and validation) associated with large data collection programs and initiatives.
• Experience working with speech or text data, including experience with language annotation and natural language processing.
• Experience with project specification, forecasting, and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience in AI/ML - ASR/NLP technology

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in leading large, multi-track and fast-moving projects.
• Practical knowledge of data processing needs and trade-offs.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, highly collaborative and dynamic work environment.
• Ability to work under very tight timelines and minimum supervision.
• Prior experience in ML - related fields such as Deep Learning, ASR/NLP technology, Classification, and Clustering.

Location: Remote, United States

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $120k - $135k USD annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
