A Day in the Life

The Sr. Logistics Program Manager will serve as a global project professional responsible for organizing, planning, and leading supply chain improvement projects. Collaborate with Supply Chain Leaders across functions and regions to optimize service, costs, and inventory, focusing on simplification, innovation, and process improvements aligned with strategic goals.

This role reports to the Sr. Manager of Deliver Shared Services PMO and is based in the United States.

  1. Lead supply chain improvement projects to enhance service, reduce costs, and optimize inventory.
  2. Apply project management best practices to develop schedules, budgets, assess risks, and ensure successful project delivery.
  3. Foster a collaborative team environment, coordinate activities, and communicate project status effectively.
  4. Present updates and lead reviews with management, escalate issues, and communicate needs for project recovery.
  5. Ensure quality and compliance in deliverables, aligning with policies and procedures.
  6. Lead unbiased team decision-making, considering all perspectives.
  7. Analyze data, generate recommendations, and drive process improvements.
  8. Conduct process mapping and root cause analyses.
  9. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the office.

Qualifications

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 7+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years of experience.

Nice to Have

  • MBA, PMP, experience in logistics or global supply chain, Lean Sigma Green Belt, APICS-CSCP, proficiency with Planisware, experience managing complex programs, financial modeling skills, strong communication, and influence skills, and budget management experience.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $120,800 - $181,200 (USD). Eligible for incentive plans, comprehensive health benefits, retirement plans, paid time off, and other perks. Details vary by location and employment status.
