Tempus AI, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to lead the development and launch of new assays and initiatives within the Product Development Organization.

You will manage detailed project plans, coordinate with the Core Team, and ensure timely delivery of scope, requirements, and deliverables across functions. You will collaborate with the Core Team Lead to plan structured meetings, identify resources, and communicate risks, issues, and decisions to stakeholders.

Formación

• 4 year college degree, preferably in a scientific, clinical, technical or business discipline.
• Minimum 3 years project management experience, with an understanding of formal project management methodologies.
• Experience working in the Biotechnology, Clinical Laboratory, or Medical Device industry.
• Project management certification preferred (PMP).
• Proficient in project management software, such as but not limited to: Smartsheets, MS Project, Coda, JIRA.
• Familiarity with CLIA, CAP, GMP, NYSDOH and FDA regulations and requirements.
• Exceptional leadership, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills; able to communicate across functions and at all levels of the organization.
• High attention to detail and ability to complete projects on time with a high degree of accuracy and attention to quality.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships, developing a high level of trust within a diverse, highly results driven organization.
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, in a fast-paced environment, with an unwavering dedication to team and project success.
• Proven ability to learn new skills quickly, adapt to new processes and changes while maintaining a positive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans using approved tools across the project lifecycle.
• Plan agendas and meetings to collect scope, requirements, risks, and timelines with Core Team.
• Collaborate to identify project resource requirements.
• Ensure deliverables align with project timelines across team members.
• Escalate budget/resource/schedule tradeoffs to drive decisions.
• Create project status reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Document and report on requirements, risks, risk mitigation, issues, decisions, and lessons learned.
• Perform impact analysis of change requests affecting scope/resources/timelines.
• Review and confirm completion of outputs and documentation.
• Incorporate lessons learned into future project planning and execution.
