You will translate complex requirements into clear roadmaps and own end-to-end launch execution from conception through delivery. Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management or technical program management in healthcare, diagnostics or life sciences.
• Experience with agile software development and translating requirements into product specs.
• Strong execution mindset to manage multiple cross-functional projects.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and manage dependencies.
• Comfort working with technical stakeholders and systems-level challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially in regulated contexts.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and clarity.
• Experience in launch planning or operational tooling.
• Understanding of genomics and oncology, especially NGS and LDTs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Launch readiness and execution across systems, workflows, and documentation.
• Translate scientific requirements into structured product plans across teams.
• Collaborate with engineering on backlog, planning, and UAT.
• Develop and maintain a launch playbook with milestones and regulatory checkpoints.
