The role focuses on driving process improvements, building compelling business cases, and coordinating deployment across teams to deliver measurable ROI. A strong background in distribution or warehousing helps influence strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in operations management, industrial engineering, or related fields.
• 5-7+ years in program management required, with experience in both process engineering and operations management.
• Experience managing a team spanning process engineering and program execution.
• Experience in distribution, warehousing, or supply chain operations, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee process analysis and improvement work feeding into automation initiatives.
• Build business cases for process improvements, including cost/benefit analysis.
• Own execution-stage program management across deployment, cutover, and stabilization.
• Partner with the Solutions Architect and Integration Project Managers to align process design with solution architecture.
• Track program-level metrics: savings, throughput, and ROI across execution workstreams.
• Escalate resource, risk, and timeline issues to the Director of Process Automation.
• Build and maintain the process automation execution roadmap in partnership with leadership.
