Responsibilities

• Map current-state processes and identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and waste.
• Analyze operational data to identify root causes of performance issues.
• Design and document improved process workflows.
• Develop and test process changes, including pilots before full rollout.
• Build business cases for process improvements with cost/benefit analysis.
• Establish metrics and monitoring to track performance post-implementation.
• Support capacity planning and throughput modeling.
• Collaborate with automation and IT teams on system or equipment changes.
