Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a detail-oriented Program Manager with owner's representative experience to oversee a premium interior construction program for a leading financial institution in New York. You will drive operating cadence, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure delivery discipline across complex, 24/7 spaces.

Responsibilities include maintaining program plans, dashboards, and executive updates; coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and third-party PMs on fit-outs;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, Real Estate or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in owner's representative, program/project management, or in-house corporate real estate roles.
• Experience supporting premium interior construction projects and coordinating across PMs, vendors, and facilities.

Responsabilités

• Maintain portfolio workplans, milestones, risks, and interdependencies; drive milestone compliance.
• Lead program cadence meetings with clear ownership and follow-through.
• Prepare executive-ready status updates, memos, and briefing materials; maintain dashboards.
• Coordinate with vendors, architects, consultants, procurement, and capital planning.
• Support RFQ/RFP processes, funding requests, and budget/schedule performance for programs.
• Contribute to program-wide quality standards and install finish specifications.
