The role demands 12–15+ years in large real estate programs, mastery of scheduling tools like Primavera P6, and strong financial acumen to forecast budgets across diverse portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration.
• 12+ years of experience leading large-scale corporate real estate capital programs and tenant improvements.
• Experience directing multi-disciplinary teams and maintaining senior client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Direct strategic program execution of major capital initiatives and ground-up developments across regional portfolio hubs.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex project risks, schedule critical paths, and contractor disputes.
• Manage client executive relationships, portfolio fee structure alignment, and overall account governance.
• Oversee program-wide budget forecasting, Monthly Cost Reports (MCR), Value of Work Done (VOWD), and financial baselines.
• Establish standardized playbooks for project intake, design reviews, and contractor procurement.
• Enforce risk mitigation and safety standards across delivery partners and general contractors.
