Salary: Hourly: $40.12 | Annual: $83,462.70

If eligible on the Plumbing Program Manager Open Competitive list and certified for interview, you must bring a copy of your International Code Council Certification as a Commercial Plumbing Inspector. Within 6 months of appointment, you must obtain your Plumbing Plans Examiner certification, and within 1 year, be certified as a Pennsylvania Sewage Enforcement Officer (SEO), Residential and Commercial Plumbing Inspector, and other related certifications as required under the Pennsylvania Construction Code Act (Act 45 of 1999).
Possession of a valid automobile operator’s license and the ability to provide your own transportation to various worksites throughout Allegheny County. Travel is required.
Non-ACHD candidates must pass a computer literacy exam with a score of 75% or higher.
Official college transcripts are required to verify education claims. Unofficial transcripts are not accepted.
Applicants must pass a background check, drug/medical examinations, and verification of Allegheny County Real Estate Tax status. The pre-employment drug screen must be completed within 48 hours of accepting a conditional offer.
Grant-funded positions are contingent upon funding.
