P1 Service Group is currently seeking a Marketing Manager to support our cross-portfolio marketing efforts. The Marketing Manager will report to the Vice President of Marketing, assuming a key role in facilitating the development, execution, and oversight of integrated marketing content and creative across our affiliated partner companies.An essential aspect of this role involves multi-point collaboration, with external marketing partners, internal team members, and affiliate partners, aligning their local geography’s marketing and advertising needs with center-led philosophies and best practices. Top candidates will have strong proficiency in project management to support campaign management.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive, integrated marketing strategies that support the organization's daily, monthly, and annual goals, including identifying and leveraging key marketing channels and utilizing tools and data to maximize reach and engagement within budget.
  • Manage development and implementation of marketing campaigns and channels, including digital, email, direct mail, print collateral, local sponsorships and events, social media, loyalty programs, and more.
  • Coordinate and continuously evaluate marketing vendors and partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to brand standards.
  • Create and maintain analytics reporting for all marketing channels, extracting key insights for campaign optimization and recommendations to key company stakeholders.
  • Become an expert on the customer experience journey and identify opportunities to strengthen key customer touchpoints that drive conversion and retention.
  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies to ensure successful implementation of marketing programs.
  • Stay up to date on competitive landscape, industry and marketing trends, target audience mindset, and business needs to inform marketing strategy.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field. A minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience in B2C marketing, with a strong track record of developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to create, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing strategies, including digital, email, direct mail, social media, and event marketing.
  • Proven ability to manage marketing initiatives from concept to execution, including overseeing external vendors, agencies, and cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.
  • Fully remote position with the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing performance measurement, campaign reporting, and data interpretation to drive continuous improvement. Proficiency in Google Analytics, reporting dashboards, or similar tools preferred.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools is beneficial.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging, collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, and present insights and recommendations to leadership.
