Job summary

Liberty Utilities in Gainesville, GA, seeks a Program Manager II to lead the implementation of Pipeline Safety Management Systems (PSMS) across gas operations, reporting to the Sr. Manager. You will drive program development in line with API RP 1173 and coordinate with industry associations to adopt best practices.

Engagement with gas leadership and governance teams is essential, with responsibilities spanning coordination, training, and progress reporting across the PSMS program.

Qualifications

• University - Bachelor degree or equivalent
• 3 years of experience in natural gas utility operations, integrity management, pipeline safety, or a related technical field
• Ability to lead cross-functional working groups and drive consistent implementation of technical and safety programs across gas operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with transmission and distribution integrity programs, including risk assessments and audits
• Provide technical support for gas pipeline materials and design specifications
• Lead training and develop change management documentation
• Support ESRI GIS, DDS, and SAP related operations
• Coordinate with Gas Technical Governance Team and PSMS Steering Committee
• Engage with procurement to provide materials analysis and approvals that meet specs
