Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, safety, operations, business, project management, or risk management.
• Experience converting regulatory requirements into executable governance and measures.
• Strong communication of complex safety information to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead PSMS/CIP initiatives and API-1173 elements across the enterprise.
• Coordinate strategy design, implementation and governance of pipeline-safety programs.
• Prepare leadership materials and present performance, risks, and gaps.
• Oversee Management of Change and risk-based continual improvement.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Compliance and Legal to ensure alignment.
• Develop and sustain enterprise program charters, scopes, and escalation paths.
