The role collaborates across Operations, Engineering, Compliance, and executive leadership to translate direction into actionable initiatives, governance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Seven or more years of progressive experience in pipeline operations, safety management systems, regulatory compliance, or related leadership roles.
Five or more years leading cross-functional programs or large-scale initiatives.
Experience translating regulatory requirements into executable processes, governance, measures and actions.

Responsibilities

Lead Pipeline Safety Management System across the enterprise and align with API RP 1173 and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate strategy, design and implementation of PSMS programs and MOC processes.
Develop governance structures, charters, scopes, and accountability for initiatives.
Present performance, risks, gaps and resource needs to leadership forums and executives.
Manage cross-functional teamwork, contractor engagement, and enterprise communications.
