Job summary

National Church Residences seeks a Program Manager for Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) in Columbus, Ohio. You will lead PSH staff, oversee daily operations, ensure HUD and CoC compliance, and promote housing stability and positive resident outcomes.

This leadership role partners with healthcare providers, behavioral health partners, and community agencies, emphasizing Housing First and trauma-informed care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Public Health, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in supportive housing, homeless services, behavioral health, case management, or related social services.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HUD regulations, HMIS, Housing First, and supportive housing best practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise PSH staff through coaching, performance management, and professional development.
• Oversee daily program operations and ensure compliance with HUD, CoC, and organizational standards.
• Monitor program performance, documentation, occupancy, and housing stability outcomes.
• Partner with Property Management to support lease compliance, resident engagement, eviction prevention, and successful tenancy.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare providers, behavioral health partners, and community agencies.
• Promote Housing First, Trauma-Informed Care, and Harm Reduction best practices.
