Job summary

National Church Residences in Columbus, OH, is seeking a Program Manager for Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) to oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality, person-centered services. This leadership role focuses on housing stability, regulatory compliance, and positive resident outcomes.

You will lead PSH staff, collaborate with healthcare and community partners, and promote Housing First and trauma-informed care within a comprehensive program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Public Health, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in supportive housing, homeless services, behavioral health, case management, or related social services.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HUD regulations, HMIS, Housing First, and supportive housing best practices preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, crisis intervention, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise PSH staff through coaching, performance management, and professional development.
• Oversee daily program operations and ensure compliance with HUD, CoC, and organizational standards.
• Monitor program performance, documentation, occupancy, and housing stability outcomes.
• Partner with Property Management to support lease compliance, resident engagement, eviction prevention, and successful tenancy.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare providers, behavioral health partners, and community agencies.
• Promote Housing First, Trauma-Informed Care, and Harm Reduction best practices.
