Brown University’s Sheridan Center seeks a Program Manager of Peer Tutoring to lead a large undergraduate tutoring program, guiding recruitment, onboarding and professional development for ~130 tutors and 2,000+ students. You’ll work with the STEM Hub and Sheridan staff to promote student learning across the curriculum.

The role requires collaboration, inclusive leadership, and strong organizational skills, with hybrid work on Brown's Providence campus and remote days as needed.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience supporting academic programs in a university setting preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Mansioni

• Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of the Peer Tutoring Program.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of tutors (up to 130).
• Design professional development opportunities for tutors and foster leadership within the program.
• Collaborate with the Associate Director to set strategic goals and priorities.
• Assess program metrics and ensure effective tutoring across courses and faculty.
