Brown University’s Sheridan Center seeks a Program Manager of Peer Tutoring to lead the program that supports STEM learning for over 2,000 students each semester. You will oversee day-to-day operations, tutor recruitment, and training, while partnering with the STEM Hub to promote student success across the curriculum.

The role offers hybrid work with three days on Brown’s Providence campus and flexible remote days, emphasizing equitable, inclusive tutoring practices and rigorous program

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–3 years of experience supporting academic programs in a university setting.
• Demonstrated ability to support a community of diverse perspectives and cultures in an inclusive environment.

Mansioni

• Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of the Peer Tutoring Program.
• Recruit, select, onboard, train, and develop up to 130 tutors.
• Design professional development opportunities for tutors.
• Collaborate with the Associate Director to set program goals and priorities.
• Assess program metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Support students, courses, and faculty with tutoring needs.
