Brown University’s Sheridan Center seeks a Program Manager of Peer Tutoring to lead the Peer Tutoring Program, overseeing a team of about 130 undergraduate tutors and shaping professional development and program strategy.

You will collaborate with STEM Hub and Sheridan staff to promote student learning and success across the undergraduate curriculum, supporting 2,000+ students each semester.

Competenze

• Required: Bachelor's degree.
• 2–3 years experience supporting academic programs in a university setting.
• Demonstrated ability to support a community of diverse perspectives and cultures in an inclusive environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, balance priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, as part of a team, and in collaboration with other teams.
• Strong organizational/time-management skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Mansioni

• Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of the Peer Tutoring Program.
• Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of up to 130 undergraduate tutors.
• Design and implement professional development learning opportunities for tutors.
• Create opportunities for tutors to develop transferable skills and assume increasing levels of leadership within the program.
• Collaborate with the Associate Director to establish strategic goals and priorities for the program.
