Job summary

Aquent Studios seeks a dynamic professional to lead cross-functional initiatives that improve patient experiences and expand access to crucial health resources. You will manage patient conference resources, coordinate exhibits, and oversee budgets and vendor relationships to ensure compliant, effective materials across global campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in the pharmaceutical industry with familiarity with industry terminology and compliance requirements.
• 5+ years project management experience in a design studio, internal creative department, agency environment, or comparable cross-functional role.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams, field reps, patients, and external vendors to support internal meeting presentations and expand patient conference efforts.
• Manage development and maintenance of patient conference resources: define needs, drive creation/adaptation, coordinate rollout, measure utilization and impact.
• Support patient conference planning: schedule participation, secure space, align materials and staffing, coordinate logistics within budget.
• Manage resource approval and inventory systems: track quantities, reapproval, ensure availability aligns with demand and compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare patient support resources for internal review; handle ordering, fulfillment, tracking; organize field training and rollouts.
• Lead budget updates for consumer resources (broadsheets, translations): forecast, track spend, obtain approvals, reconcile expenditures.
• Oversee resource updates and rollouts for patient support materials, coordinating timelines, approvals, vendors, and field dissemination.
• Support education resource updates and related materials coordination, including call guide production and fulfillment.
• Manage relationships with vendors and agencies (patient recruitment, exhibits suppliers, print/digital vendors).
• Lead translation creation and sustainability for patient resources and track/budget translations.
• Track resource metrics and field utilization; provide monthly/quarterly reporting and insights to marketing and leadership.
• Work cross-functionally with teams and partners to ensure compliant use of patient resources and promotional opportunities.
