Job summary

Amazon's North America Pickup & Return Points team is seeking a Program Manager to support an automated self-service package delivery solution in North America (US, CA, MX). You will manage relationships with PARP commercial partners and collaborate with Product, Operations and Program teams to improve partner adoption and performance.

You will own day-to-day partner engagements, track health metrics, drive process improvements, and advocate for customers while navigating a fast-paced, ambiguous

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with North America PARP commercial partners as primary contact.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Program teams to surface partner feedback and influence roadmap priorities.
• Track partner health metrics and lead improvement initiatives.
• Ensure performance standards across the network and scale efficiently.
