Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a seasoned Program Manager II for Pickup and Return Points (PARP) to oversee relationships with North America PARP commercial partners and drive adoption of Amazon programs. You will partner with Product, Operations and Program teams to surface feedback, identify gaps, and influence roadmaps while ensuring strong partner health metrics.

You will own escalations, push for process improvements, and help scale PARP to deliver high-quality customer experiences

Qualifications

• 2+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of CMMS program experience.
• 3+ years of maintenance planner/scheduler in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or distribution industries.
• 3+ years of advanced Word and Excel experience.
• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon RME experience; flexible schedule incl. weekends/nights/holidays

• Own relationships with North America PARP commercial partners and resolve escalations.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Program teams to surface partner feedback and influence roadmap.
• Track partner health metrics and drive improvement initiatives.
• Ensure performance standards across the network and support scalable operations.
