Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Program Manager II for the Pickup and Return Points (PARP) team in North America. You will own relationships with commercial partners, resolve escalations, and drive adoption of Amazon programs.

You will collaborate with Product, Operations, and Program teams to surface partner feedback, identify gaps, and influence roadmap priorities. You will track partner health, lead improvements, and ensure scalable, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of CMMS program experience.
• 3+ years of maintenance planner/scheduler experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or distribution industries.
• 3+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field, or 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) full time experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsabilités

• Own relationships with North America PARP commercial partners and act as primary contact.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Program teams to surface partner feedback.
• Track partner health metrics and lead improvement initiatives.
• Ensure performance standards are met across the network.
