Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of program management experience required.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to coordinate tasks and manage timelines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage medical professionals, faculty, and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with managing and administering the program budget for the Department of Physician Assistant Studies.
  • Support the Chair & Program Director in managing, administering and coordinating the operations of the Department of Physician Assistant Studies.
  • Supervise graduate assistants and coordinate day-to-day administrative and operations work.
  • Coordinate departmental events and serve as program liaison to other programs, departments and external contacts.
  • Co-Chair the Admissions Committee and contribute to program assessments and self-evaluation.
