Job summary

Mass General Brigham is hiring a Program Manager for the PA Studies program. The role is on-campus with some remote days allowed when scheduling permits. You will support budgeting, operations, events, and interdepartmental coordination for the Department of Physician Assistant Studies.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2-3 years of program management experience; experience in higher education or student-facing environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing and administering the program budget for the Department of Physician Assistant Studies.
• Supports the Chair & Program Director in managing and coordinating operations of the Department of Physician Assistant Studies.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and operations work; supervise graduate assistants if applicable.
• Coordinate departmental events and serve as program liaison to other programs, departments and external contacts.
• Co-Chair Admissions Committee and participate in the program assessment data collection and reporting.
