Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an Operational Excellence Program Manager in a hybrid role (2 days/week in office). The role leads cross-functional programs to improve productivity and operational effectiveness. You will own governance, track KPIs, and deliver business-case-driven improvements with executive sponsorship.

You’ll partner with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Customer Experience, and Business teams to institutionalize best practices and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field (required).
• Master’s degree desirable.
• PMP certification required.
• Typically 7+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Operations, Quality, Continuous Improvement, Business Transformation, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs in a matrixed organization.
• Experience driving process improvement and operational effectiveness initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and manage Operational Excellence programs aligned with business objectives and strategic priorities.
• Apply program/project management disciplines to ensure on-time, on-scope, high-quality delivery.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on productivity, process optimization, quality, and customer experience.
• Own and operate Operational Excellence governance, metrics, dashboards, KPIs, and reviews.
• Drive cross-functional execution to translate insights into process and policy improvements.
• Manage program scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, communications, and stakeholder alignment.
• Develop business cases and measure realized value from initiatives.
• Communicate status, risks, outcomes, and recommendations to leadership.
