Job summary

Applied Intuition, Inc. is building the software backbone for a flagship automotive program and seeks a Customer Technical Program Manager to lead customer-facing program work, milestones, and cross-functional delivery.

You will partner with customer leadership and Applied’s engineering teams to translate requirements into executable work and maintain program health. You’ll own governance, risk, and KPI reporting, coordinating with onsite and remote teams to align with the customer’s vehicle

Qualifications

5+ years in technical program management within automotive industry.
Experience with OEM or Tier-1 supplier programs.
Strong executive-level communication and stakeholder management.
Ability to coordinate delivery across multiple engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Own the customer-facing program, define milestones and baselines, and manage risks and dependencies.
Coordinate delivery across engineering teams and balance competing priorities.
Serve as primary interface to customer leadership and internal TPMs on schedule and risk.
Govern all recurring program cadences and reporting to customers and internal teams.
Define and report program KPIs, maintaining a clear health picture at all times.
Escalate issues and drive resolution through the appropriate leadership level.
Coordinate field activities and ensure seamless integration into the customer's vehicle program.
