Job summary

SEILER INSTRUMENT & MANUFACTURING CO INC is seeking a Program Manager to oversee customer orders in a contract manufacturing environment. You will track orders from receipt to delivery, monitor milestones, and coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain schedule alignment.

The role involves communicating with customers, supporting quotations when applicable, and expediting actions to meet commitments. A strong background in manufacturing and program management is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, especially contract manufacturing and program management.
• Experience coordinating across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Planning and other teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Track orders from receipt through delivery and monitor milestones.
• Identify bottlenecks, schedule risks and lead times, and coordinate recovery plans.
• Escalate at-risk orders and support quotations for established customers.
• Attend internal and customer meetings and provide regular updates on status.
