Responsibilities

• Formulate and monitor program budgets with Directors and ensure financial stability through monthly profit/loss reports.
• Track all program expenditures including petty cash and card purchases; submit reports monthly.
• Approve all purchases electronically in a timely manner.
• Hire, train, coach, and terminate staff with approval from Directors/HR.
• Complete 90-day onboarding and annual evaluations for Life Skill Coaches.
• Document staff performance issues and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Oversee remote learning and online curriculum for clients and coordinate with external stakeholders.
