Job summary

Native American Health Center in Oakland is seeking a Program Manager I, Home Visiting to lead the Community Wellness Department’s Home Visiting and CPSP initiatives. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, social work, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years work experience in community health or nonprofit settings.
• Experience with program management and grant administration.
• Knowledge of Bay Area Native American community preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide project direction, budget oversight, and evaluation support.
• Oversee 40% clinical hours per week with care coordination and outreach activities.
• Utilize EPIC to ensure records are complete and documented in the EHR.
• Coordinate program staff, volunteers, and interns across multiple programs.
• Ensure grant objectives and reporting meet funder requirements.
