Job summary

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking a Project Manager (Associate or Mid-Level) to support the Minuteman program out of Hill Air Force Base (HAFB) located in Ogden, UT. The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating cross-functional activities to ensure successful execution of program requirements, schedule commitments, and customer deliverables.

Reporting to the Spares Program Manager, this role supports end-to-end program performance by managing supply chain coordination,

Qualifications

• Level 2: 2+ years of related work experience.
• Level 3: 5+ years of related work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Supplier Management to ensure parts and materials are delivered on time.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Operations on production planning to meet the SOW.
• Identify, resolve, and elevate issues promptly and notify the program of impacts to schedule or cost.
• Ensure First Article Inspection activities are completed and delivered per requirements.
• Provide the Program Manager with regular updates on schedule, cost, risks and action progress.
• Monitor and maintain Estimate at Completion for the program.
